Most people worry a pool will wreck their electric bill. A well-built one barely does. A Silverado pool runs on a variable-speed pump, the efficient standard that replaced the old single-speed pumps federal law phased out in 2021.
A variable-speed pump only saves money if the rest of the system lets it run slow. We size and install the whole system to do exactly that, so your pool can run near the bottom of that range instead of the top.

Fully Inground

What is a semi-inground pool?
A semi-inground pool sits partly above the ground instead of fully below it. On a Silverado Rock build, the exposed part of the shell is faced with a natural rock wall, which creates the raised, resort-style look. It is a strong fit for sloped or uneven Tulsa-area yards.
How much does the rectangle pool package cost?
The 14 by 28 rectangle package starts at $64,999. That is the starting price for the base build. Site work like electrical and dirt removal, plus any upgrades, are quoted up front after Jason sees your yard.
What is included in the base package?
The base package includes a 14 by 28 pool with a pool-crete bottom, an inground pump and filter, a 3-foot waterfall wall with two sheer descents, a poolside snack bar, concrete decking, and a 28-mil vinyl liner backed by a 25-year manufacturer's warranty. Semi-inground builds add a natural rock surround. Permit handling and 3D design are included at no extra charge.
What is the difference between semi-inground and fully inground?
Semi-inground sits above grade with a natural rock surround and 200 square feet of decking. Fully inground sits flush with the ground, includes no rock surround, and comes with 500 square feet of decking instead, more than double. Both start at $64,999.
What is not included in the package?
Electrical service and hookup, dirt removal, and bar stools are not in the base package. These can be added, and Jason walks you through any site-specific costs during your free site visit, so every number is in writing before you commit.
How much does the pool cost to run?
A Silverado Rock pool runs on an efficient variable-speed pump and often costs about $20 to $60 a month in electricity. Your actual bill depends on run time, pool size, pump settings, and your local electric rate.

Yes. Every Silverado Rock pool is built to hold up in Oklahoma clay, starting with a pool-crete bottom instead of a sand bottom. Jason evaluates your soil and grade during the free site visit.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Silverado Rock files the permit applications for your city as part of the project. You sign nothing at the permit counter.

Can I upgrade the decking?
Yes. The base package includes a light broom finish. Stamped, colored, and sealed concrete is available as an upgrade, and you can add more square footage beyond what the package includes.
