What Jason Looks for in Your Yard
Every lot is different. These five things decide what you can build and what it will cost.
Size and shape
How much flat space you have, and which pool sizes fit with room for a deck.
Slope
A sloped yard is not a dead end. It can be the best spot for a vanishing edge or a semi-inground pool with a raised rock wall.
Setbacks and easements
City rules on how close a pool can sit to fences, lot lines, and utility strips.
Equipment access
Whether a digger and a fiberglass shell can reach your backyard, and from which side.
Trees and wind
Big trees mean more leaves in the water. Oklahoma wind shapes where Jason puts the skimmer.
“I'd rather walk your yard myself and tell you straight than have you guess from a website. That's the whole point of the yard check — you get a real answer before you spend a dime.”
