What Comes With the Freeform Pool Package
14x28 Freeform Inground or Semi-Inground Pool
Freeform shape with a pool-crete bottom — no sand bottoms. Pool-crete provides durability and comfort that sand bottoms cannot. Built to hold up in Oklahoma clay soil.
Inground Pump & Filter
Fully plumbed and installed on a concrete equipment pad. Ready to run from day one. Electrical service and hookup not included — available separately if needed.
Natural Rock Pool Surround
Multiple rock options available. Handcrafted on-site — not prefab panels or spray texture. Included on semi-inground (lifted) installations. Fully inground installations receive additional concrete decking in lieu of the rock surround.
3-Foot Waterfall Wall
Includes one sheer descent waterfall spanning 3 feet. Additional waterfalls can be added. While in operation, waterfalls increase evaporation which has a cooling effect — keeping your pool refreshing throughout the summer.
Poolside Snack Bar
Built-in snack bar great for entertaining family and guests while providing a resort-style pool experience. Bar stools not included.
200 Sq Ft Concrete Decking
Light broom finish standard. Stamped, colored, and sealed concrete decking available upon request. Fully inground installations come standard with 500 square feet of concrete decking in lieu of the natural rock pool surround.
25-Year Warranty
28 MIL pool liner standard. One of the strongest liner warranties available in the Tulsa market.
Not Included
Electrical service and hookup · Dirt removal · Bar stools. These can be added separately — ask during your consultation.

Freeform Pool Package — FAQ
What is the Freeform Semi-Inground Pool package?
It is a limited-quantity packaged pool installation that includes a 14x28 freeform inground or semi-inground pool with pool-crete bottom, pump and filter on a concrete pad, a natural rock pool surround, a 3-foot waterfall wall with one sheer descent, a poolside snack bar, concrete decking, and a 25-year warranty with a 28 MIL liner.
What is the difference between the semi-inground and fully inground option?
The semi-inground (lifted) option includes a natural rock pool surround built around the exposed portion of the shell, with multiple rock options, and 200 sq ft of concrete decking. The fully inground option sits entirely below grade — the rock surround is not included, but the package includes 500 sq ft of concrete decking instead.
How many waterfalls are included?
The package includes a 3-foot waterfall wall with one sheer descent waterfall. Additional waterfalls can be added to the design.
What is not included in the package?
Electrical service and hookup, dirt removal, and bar stools are not included in the base package. These can be added separately. Silverado Rock will walk you through any site-specific additions during your consultation.
Why pool-crete instead of a sand bottom?
Sand bottoms are typically used in above-ground pool applications and can lead to moving, shifting, and erosion of the pool floor — making cleaning difficult and decreasing liner life. Pool-crete provides a durable, smooth, stable base.
Is financing available?
Yes. Pool financing is available through HFS Financial with terms up to 20 years. This package starts at $64,999 — estimated monthly payments range from ~$543/mo (20-year term) to ~$788/mo (10-year term) at 7.99% APR. Actual rate, term, and approval depend on the lender and your credit profile.
How long does it take to build?
Timeline depends on permitting, site access, and current build schedule. Silverado Rock handles permit applications as part of the project. Contact us for a realistic timeline based on your yard and desired start date.
What makes a freeform pool different from a rectangular pool?
A freeform pool has organic, curved edges rather than straight geometric lines. The shape can follow the contours of your yard, work around existing trees or structures, and create a more natural, resort-style look. Freeform pools tend to integrate better with custom rock surrounds and waterfalls — which is why this package is built around that shape.
How deep is the freeform pool?
The standard depth layout includes a shallow end and a deep end. Depth configuration is reviewed during the consultation and can be adjusted to fit your yard, your family's needs, and any HOA or code requirements that apply to your property.
Will this pool work on a sloped yard?
Yes. Semi-inground pools are especially well-suited for sloped yards because the shell can be set at a height that works with the grade rather than requiring a full flat excavation. The natural rock surround transitions the pool into the slope cleanly. The site evaluation will confirm what's needed for your specific yard.
What does the poolside snack bar look like?
The snack bar is built into the pool surround — typically a raised ledge or bar surface finished in natural rock, concrete, or a complementary material. It sits at bar height so guests can eat, drink, and socialize poolside without leaving the water. The exact design is finalized during the build based on your layout and preferences.
Can I add a spa or hot tub to this package?
Yes. A spa can be added as an upgrade to this package. Attached spas are built as part of the pool shell and share the same equipment — which keeps operating costs lower than a standalone spa. Discuss the addition during your consultation and we'll work it into the design.
What does the 25-year warranty cover?
The 25-year warranty covers the 28 MIL pool liner — one of the strongest liner warranties available in the Tulsa market. Structural and equipment warranties vary by component. Full warranty details are reviewed at the time of contract.
Is the rock surround real natural stone?
Yes. The rock surround is built with real natural stone — handcrafted on-site by our crew. It is not prefab panels, spray-on texture, or artificial rock veneer. Multiple stone options are available to match your yard and home.
How much maintenance does a freeform semi-inground pool require?
A semi-inground pool requires the same routine maintenance as any inground pool — weekly water chemistry checks, occasional brushing and vacuuming, and filter cleaning. With the right equipment (variable-speed pump, salt system, or ozone water treatment), ongoing costs and chemical demand stay low. We walk you through the full maintenance routine at startup.
