No additional pool equipment to source or purchase. The price excludes sales taxes, construction permits, abnormal excavation costs (hard rock or sandstone), and required barrier fencing — all of which Jason walks you through during the design consultation.

Plan for 11–16 weeks total: 3–4 weeks for design refinement and Tulsa permit approvals, then 8–12 weeks of active construction once we break ground. The fastest path to a Memorial Day pool is a fall or winter consultation — we design through the off-season and are ready to excavate the moment weather allows.

It works from anywhere with a cell signal, integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and can push alerts if water chemistry drifts out of range. Yes. The OK Ultimate's 5-Bar Bond Beam steel reinforcement and high-strength shotcrete shell are engineered specifically for Tulsa's reactive clay soil and freeze-thaw cycles. The Lifetime Structural Warranty covers the original owner against shell failure — including failure attributable to normal soil movement.
