What is not in the price, and what it usually costs
Some builders fold these into the price with a padded allowance. We leave them out and never mark them up, so you pay only for what your yard needs.
- ElectricalYou pay your electrician directly. We meet them at your home and tell them what the pool needs. Most yards run $1,800 to $3,000.
- Dirt removalNot every yard needs it. When soil has to leave your property, hauling usually runs $750 to $2,500.
- Crane serviceAbout a third of shells are set with the excavator already on site, at no charge. Most use a truck crane for about $500 to $1,500.
- Lift over the houseA few yards can only take a shell over the roof. That big crane can cost several thousand dollars, and we tell you at the yard check.
- Permit feeBroken Arrow sets the fee. We prepare the site plan and file the paperwork.
- Buried rockIf the dig hits rock our equipment cannot break, work stops and we show you. Rental equipment is billed at cost, plus a daily labor charge.
